treball docent passa mentre passen moltes altres coses alhora.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mentre s&#8217;explica una activitat, tamb\u00e9 hi ha:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span no sempre apareix a la programaci\u00f3, per\u00f2 que ocupa una gran part de l&#8217;energia di\u00e0ria.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>El cansament que apareix quan tot requereix atenci\u00f3<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Moltes vegades l&#8217;esgotament no apareix despr\u00e9s d&#8217;una situaci\u00f3 especialment dif\u00edcil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apareix m\u00e9s aviat per acumulaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per estar moltes hores pendents de moltes coses en missatges simplistes sobre \u201cautocura\u201d que, en realitat, no sempre encaixen amb la complexitat del dia a dia escolar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No obstant aix\u00f2, hi ha petites decisions que s\u00ed que poden ajudar a fer el final de curs m\u00e9s sostenible:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">prioritzar all\u00f2 important i no
