En aquest context, la <\/span><b>gamificaci\u00f3 a l&#8217;aula<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> es presenta com una oportunitat per replantejar l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia d&#8217;aprenentatge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No tots els estudiants viuen l&#8217;aprenentatge de la mateixa manera. Per a alguns \u00e9s un espai de gaudi i repte; per a altres, es pot convertir en un escenari d&#8217;inseguretat, comparaci\u00f3 o desconnexi\u00f3. Aquesta diversitat no \u00e9s una dificultat en si mateixa, per\u00f2 s\u00ed que exigeix \u200b\u200bun canvi en la manera de dissenyar les experi\u00e8ncies d&#8217;aprenentatge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perqu\u00e8 quan l&#8217;activitat t\u00e9 <\/span><b>sentit<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, el comprom\u00eds deixa de dependre de l&#8217;obligaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n\t<div id=\"gap-223486284\" class=\"gap-element clearfix\" style=\"display:block; height:auto;\">\n\t\t\n<style>\n#gap-223486284 {\n  padding-top: 30px;\n}\n<\/style>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n\n<h2>Dissenyar experi\u00e8ncies d&#8217;aprenentatge, no nom\u00e9s activitats<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un dels errors m\u00e9s habituals en parlar de gamificaci\u00f3 \u00e9s reduir-la a la incorporaci\u00f3 d&#8217;elements superficials com ara punts, recompenses o din\u00e0miques l\u00fadiques a\u00efllades.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tot i aix\u00f2, gamificar implica un canvi m\u00e9s profund: passar de dissenyar activitats a <\/span><b>dissenyar experi\u00e8ncies d&#8217;aprenentatge<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aix\u00f2 suposa preguntar-se:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qu\u00e8 hi viu l&#8217;alumne durant la sessi\u00f3?<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quin rol t\u00e9 dins de la proposta?<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quin sentit t\u00e9 all\u00f2 que est\u00e0 fent?<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quan aquestes preguntes guien el disseny, apareixen elements clau com ara la narrativa, la progressi\u00f3 de reptes o el feedback continu. Per\u00f2, sobretot, apareix una coher\u00e8ncia que d\u00f3na sentit a tot el proc\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La sessi\u00f3 deixa de ser una suma d\u2019exercicis i passa a ser un recorregut amb intenci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n\t<div id=\"gap-1473351996\" class=\"gap-element clearfix\" style=\"display:block; height:auto;\">\n\t\t\n<style>\n#gap-1473351996 {\n  padding-top: 30px;\n}\n<\/style>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n\n<h2>El paper de la motivaci\u00f3: una mirada m\u00e9s complexa<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sovint es parla de la gamificaci\u00f3 com una eina per \u201cmotivar\u201d. Tot i aix\u00f2, \u00e9s important matisar qu\u00e8 entenem per motivaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No es tracta nom\u00e9s de fer les classes m\u00e9s divertides. Es tracta de generar condicions en qu\u00e8 l&#8217;alumnat:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Percep que pot participar amb \u00e8xit<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trobeu un prop\u00f2sit en l&#8217;activitat<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S&#8217;asseu part d&#8217;una cosa m\u00e9s \u00e0mplia que la tasca puntual<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Des d&#8217;aquesta perspectiva, la motivaci\u00f3 no \u00e9s un punt de partida, sin\u00f3 una <\/span><b>conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia d&#8217;un bon disseny pedag\u00f2gic<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La gamificaci\u00f3 funciona quan l&#8217;alumne\/a deixa de preguntar-se \u201cho he de fer?\u201d i comen\u00e7a a pensar \u201c<\/span><b>qu\u00e8 ve ara?<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Des d&#8217;aquesta perspectiva, la gamificaci\u00f3 no \u00e9s una metodologia concreta, sin\u00f3 una manera de prendre decisions pedag\u00f2giques amb m\u00e9s intenci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n\t<div id=\"gap-1331248665\" class=\"gap-element clearfix\" style=\"display:block; height:auto;\">\n\t\t\n<style>\n#gap-1331248665 {\n  padding-top: 30px;\n}\n<\/style>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n\n<h2>Inclusi\u00f3 real: quan tots tenen un lloc<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una de les aportacions m\u00e9s interessants de la gamificaci\u00f3 a l&#8217;aula (i especialment visible a Educaci\u00f3 F\u00edsica) \u00e9s la seva capacitat per atendre la diversitat sense necessitat de fer adaptacions visibles o segregadores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En dissenyar experi\u00e8ncies obertes i flexibles, es generen m\u00faltiples formes de participaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es pot abordar un mateix repte des de diferents nivells d&#8217;exig\u00e8ncia, diferents rols o estrat\u00e8gies variades. Aix\u00f2 permet que cada alumne\/a trobi un espai des d&#8217;on contribuir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No tothom ha de destacar en el mateix per sentir-se part del grup.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, la narrativa ajuda a diluir la comparaci\u00f3 directa. trencar el ritme de l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A trav\u00e9s de reptes, nivells o missions, el docent pot recollir informaci\u00f3 constant sobre
