Tamb\u00e9 escoltem amb m\u00e9s freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia parlar de <\/span><b>dificultats atencionals<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>desregulaci\u00f3 emocional i impulsivitat<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, tant a l&#8217;aula com a casa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00e9s que generar alarma, aquest context ens convida a una cosa diferent: <\/span><b>ampliar la mirada<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Comprendre millor qu\u00e8 observem, qu\u00e8 sabem avui sobre el desenvolupament i quins factors poden influir en la conducta d&#8217;un nen o nena.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La conducta pot semblar semblant en diferents casos. L&#8217;origen no sempre ho \u00e9s. I des de l&#8217;educaci\u00f3, el que \u00e9s rellevant no \u00e9s decidir amb rapidesa, sin\u00f3 <\/span><b>comprendre amb profunditat<\/b>.<\/p>\n\t<div id=\"gap-1433591243\" class=\"gap-element clearfix\" style=\"display:block; height:auto;\">\n\t\t\n<style>\n#gap-1433591243 {\n  padding-top: 30px;\n}\n<\/style>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n\n<h2>Dificultats atencionals: una realitat m\u00e9s \u00e0mplia que el diagn\u00f2stic<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Abans de parlar de <\/span><b>TDAH <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">el de <\/span><b>trauma<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, conv\u00e9 aturar-nos en una cosa essencial: l&#8217;<\/span><b>atenci\u00f3 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">no \u00e9s una capacitat \u00fanica ni fixa. \u00c9s un conjunt de processos que inclouen l&#8217;<\/span><b>atenci\u00f3 sostinguda<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, l&#8217;<\/span><b>atenci\u00f3 selectiva<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, la <\/span><b>inhibici\u00f3 d&#8217;est\u00edmuls irrellevants<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i la capacitat per mantenir una tasca en el temps.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les <\/span><b>dificultats atencionals<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> poden apar\u00e8ixer per m\u00faltiples raons: immaduresa executiva, estr\u00e8s, sobrec\u00e0rrega cognitiva, canvis vitals, entorns poc estructurats o demandes poc ajustades al nivell evolutiu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quan observem distracci\u00f3 constant, dificultat per acabar tasques o impulsivitat, veiem una manifestaci\u00f3 conductual. Avui sabem quines experi\u00e8ncies de <\/span><b>estr\u00e8s sostingut<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, inseguretat o imprevisibilitat poden afectar el <\/span><b>sistema nervi\u00f3s<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en desenvolupament.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quan l&#8217;organisme es mant\u00e9 en estat d&#8217;alerta durant per\u00edodes prolongats, el sistema nervi\u00f3s pot prioritzar la superviv\u00e8ncia sobre la concentraci\u00f3. Sense regulaci\u00f3, dif\u00edcilment es pot sostenir l&#8217;atenci\u00f3, i qualsevol intervenci\u00f3 perd efic\u00e0cia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ampliar la mirada no vol dir evitar l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 quan cal. Quan les dificultats s\u00f3n persistents, apareixen en diferents contextos i generen un impacte significatiu en el benestar o l&#8217;aprenentatge, \u00e9s important tenir una <\/span><b>avaluaci\u00f3 especialitzada<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La coordinaci\u00f3 entre fam\u00edlia, escola i professionals permet comprendre millor la situaci\u00f3, diferenciar possibles causes i dissenyar suports ajustats.
