La discalc\u00falia del desenvolupament (DD)<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column-text-style\">\n<p>La\u00a0discalc\u00falia\u00a0del desenvolupament \u00e9s un trastorn caracteritzat per dificultats en la correcta adquisici\u00f3 de les habilitats aritm\u00e8tiques, que afecten d&#8217;una manera significativa al rendiment acad\u00e8mic o a les activitats de la vida quotidiana que requereixen capacitat per al c\u00e0lcul (ex. adreces de carrers, n\u00fameros de tel\u00e8fon, etc.), i no est\u00e0 causada per un d\u00e8ficit sensorial o una malaltia m\u00e8dica. A l&#8217;escola, aquestes dificultats queden reflectides en repetits suspensos a l&#8217;\u00e0rea de matem\u00e0tiques, mentre que a la resta d&#8217;assignatures el rendiment se situa a valors normals.<\/p>\n<p>El terme\u00a0discalc\u00falia\u00a0del desenvolupament ho va introduir per primera vegada el psic\u00f2leg txecoslovac\u00a0Ladislav\u00a0Kosc al 1974 i, des de llavors, la terminologia relacionada amb aquest trastorn de l&#8217;aprenentatge ha anat creixent, especialment en la literatura anglosaxona. Termes com <em>\u201carithmetic\u00a0learning\u00a0disabilities\u201d, \u201cspecific\u00a0arithmetic\u00a0difficulties\u201d, \u201cspecificarithmetic\u00a0learning\u00a0difficulties\u201d, \u201cmathematicallearning\u00a0difficulties\u201d, \u201cmathematicaldifficulties\u201d\u00a0o\u201carithmetic\u00a0deficits\u201d<\/em>\u00a0han estat \u00e0mpliament usats com a termes cient\u00edfics. D&#8217;altra banda, des del coneixement popular s&#8217;han usat altres termes com la disl\u00e8xia dels nombres o la ceguesa dels nombres. Un aspecte important a destacar \u00e9s la diferenciaci\u00f3 entre\u00a0discalc\u00falia\u00a0i\u00a0acalc\u00falia. Mentre la primera apareix com a trastorn del desenvolupament, l&#8217;acalc\u00falia\u00a0\u00e9s adquirida, sent fruit d&#8217;algun tipus de lesi\u00f3 i\/o trastorn. Per tant, es manifesta com la p\u00e8rdua d&#8217;una funci\u00f3 que ja havia estat adquirida.<\/p>\n<p>Al DSM-V\u00a0la\u00a0discalc\u00falia\u00a0es descriu en una subcategoria dels trastorns del\u00a0neurodesenvolpament anomenada \u201ctrastorn espec\u00edfic de l&#8217;aprenentatge\u201d. Dins d&#8217;aquesta categoria, s&#8217;especifiquen totes les capacitats on el nen\/a t\u00e9 dificultats, ja sigui la lectura, l&#8217;expressi\u00f3 escrita, l&#8217;aritm\u00e8tica o el raonament matem\u00e0tic.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\"  id=\"row-2066703586\">\n\n\n\t<div id=\"col-1850971953\" class=\"col small-12 large-12\"  >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-inner\"  >\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ef8019;\"><strong>Preval\u00e8ncia i etiologia<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Diversos autors han estudiat la prevalen\u00e7a de la\u00a0discalc\u00falia, mostrant percentatges del 4 al 7%, una freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia similar a la d&#8217;altres trastorns de l&#8217;aprenentatge, com la disl\u00e8xia, o altres trastorns d&#8217;inici en la inf\u00e0ncia i l&#8217;adolesc\u00e8ncia com el trastorn per d\u00e8ficit d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 amb hiperactivitat. Respecte al g\u00e8nere, la major part dels estudis realitzats coincideixen a afirmar que no hi ha difer\u00e8ncies, encara que en alguns estudis s&#8217;hagi trobat una major prevalen\u00e7a en dones.<\/p>\n<p>La\u00a0discalc\u00falia\u00a0del desenvolupament pot presentar-se com a trastorn pur del desenvolupament, encara que una quarta part dels nens afectats per\u00a0discalc\u00falia\u00a0poden tenir\u00a0comorbilitat amb altres trastorns com el\u00a0TDAH o la disl\u00e8xia. En un estudi de\u00a0Barbaresi\u00a0i col\u00b7laboradors (2005), on van estudiar la incid\u00e8ncia a la poblaci\u00f3 de trastorn en l&#8217;aprenentatge de les matem\u00e0tiques, van trobar que entre un 57% i un 64% dels nens escolaritzats que patien\u00a0discalc\u00falia\u00a0presentaven tamb\u00e9 disl\u00e8xia (DL).<\/p>\n<p>Quant a l&#8217;etiologia del trastorn, les dades semblen indicar que la\u00a0discalc\u00falia\u00a0del desenvolupament podria estar determinada per diferents factors, entre els quals destaquen una predisposici\u00f3 gen\u00e8tica, diferents anormalitats neurol\u00f2giques aix\u00ed com variables ambientals. Entre aquestes \u00faltimes, est\u00e0 la metodologia d&#8217;aprenentatge. Els nens i nenes amb\u00a0discalc\u00falia\u00a0necessiten d&#8217;un sistema d&#8217;aprenentatge m\u00e9s personalitzat, que sigui m\u00e9s intensiu i que passi de conceptes concrets a conceptes abstractes amb m\u00e9s marge de temps i amb exemples concrets.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 de la influ\u00e8ncia gen\u00e8tica en la\u00a0discalc\u00falia\u00a0del desenvolupament s&#8217;ha centrat en la utilitzaci\u00f3 dels paradigmes de bessons i de fam\u00edlies. En aquest sentit, cal destacar les altes taxes de concordan\u00e7a oposades en els estudis de bessons, concretament del 0,73 en bessons\u00a0homocigotos\u00a0i del 0,56 en bessons\u00a0dicigotos. Estudis m\u00e9s recents, mostren resultats en la l\u00ednia dels mostrats fins al moment. Ara b\u00e9, fins a l&#8217;actualitat no s&#8217;ha identificat cap marcador gen\u00e8tic per la\u00a0DD, encara que diversos estudis suggereixen la implicaci\u00f3 del cromosoma X en el desenvolupament de les \u00e0rees cerebrals relacionades amb el processament num\u00e8ric. D&#8217;altra banda, s&#8217;ha observat que les mutacions en el gen de la\u00a0doblecortina\u00a0(DCX), situat en el cromosoma X (Xq22.3, q23) alteren la migraci\u00f3\u00a0neural, causant una anomalia en el desenvolupament de girs i en l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3\u00a0cortical. Aix\u00f2, al costat de les alteracions observades en les\u00a0cromosomopaties del X, suggeriria la possibilitat que algun gen del cromosoma X estigu\u00e9s implicat en les alteracions en el processament num\u00e8ric i el c\u00e0lcul d&#8217;aquests pacients, encara que aix\u00f2 est\u00e0 en l&#8217;actualitat per demostrar.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\"  id=\"row-1960298516\">\n\n\n\t<div id=\"col-1880754217\" class=\"col small-12 large-12\"  >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-inner\"  >\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ef8019;\"><strong>Bases neurals de la discalc\u00falia del desenvolupament<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column-text-style\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column-text-style\">\n<p>Existeix algun <em>correlat cerebral<\/em> que pugui explicar les dificultats observades en la\u00a0DD?\u00a0\u00c9s una pregunta que encara no t\u00e9 una resposta definitiva, per la complexitat del cervell hum\u00e0 i per les limitacions de les t\u00e8cniques que s&#8217;usen avui dia per a l&#8217;estudi de l&#8217;estructura i el funcionament cerebral. I de fet, de forma semblant al que s&#8217;observa en altres trastorns del desenvolupament, existeix escassa informaci\u00f3 sobre els <em>correlats\u00a0neurals<\/em>\u00a0de la\u00a0discalc\u00falia\u00a0del desenvolupament. La majoria d&#8217;estudis sobre <em>correlats\u00a0neurals<\/em>\u00a0del c\u00e0lcul i les habilitats num\u00e8riques s&#8217;han realitzat en adults i nens sense dificultats en aquesta \u00e0rea, i s\u00f3n molt pocs els treballs que tenen com a objectiu d&#8217;estudi la poblaci\u00f3 amb dificultats en aquestes habilitats.<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;una banda, els treballs centrats en l&#8217;estudi dels <em>correlats funcionals<\/em>\u00a0suggereixen una menor activitat o una modulaci\u00f3 anormal del\u00a0IPS\u00a0dels pacients en comparaci\u00f3 al grup control. Per la seva banda, els estudis que treballen amb poblaci\u00f3 pedi\u00e0trica amb un diagn\u00f2stic de\u00a0DD, indiquen que a la\u00a0discalc\u00falia\u00a0hi hauria una disfunci\u00f3 a gaireb\u00e9 tota la xarxa neuronal per al c\u00e0lcul aproximat, incloent el\u00a0SIP\u00a0i la circumvoluci\u00f3 frontal mitjana i inferior bilateral. D&#8217;altra banda, l&#8217;estudi dels <em>correlats estructurals\u00a0<\/em>han posat de manifest una reducci\u00f3 de la subst\u00e0ncia grisa d&#8217;algunes regions del l\u00f2bul parietal, aix\u00ed com diferents feixos de fibres dels l\u00f2buls frontal i parietal. Concretament, s&#8217;han observat alteracions en el volum del solc\u00a0intraparietal, el &#8220;cingulado&#8221; anterior, el gir frontal inferior esquerre i el gir frontal medial bilateral. Finalment, destacar que els estudis de\u00a0<em>connectivitat estructural<\/em>\u00a0suggereixen que la\u00a0discalc\u00falia\u00a0est\u00e0 associada a una reducci\u00f3 de la subst\u00e0ncia blanca en l&#8217;escor\u00e7a\u00a0temporoparietal\u00a0dreta.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\"  id=\"row-367524366\">\n\n\n\t<div id=\"col-867769540\" class=\"col small-12 large-12\"  >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-inner\"  >\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ef8019;\"><strong>Avaluaci\u00f3 de la discalc\u00falia<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column-text-style\">\n<p>El diagn\u00f2stic de la\u00a0discalc\u00falia\u00a0ha de realitzar-se mitjan\u00e7ant proves espec\u00edfiques incloses en una avaluaci\u00f3\u00a0neuropsicol\u00f3gica\u00a0m\u00e9s general. No obstant aix\u00f2, cal tenir en compte que el diagn\u00f2stic nom\u00e9s hauria de realitzar-se a partir de finals de primer d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 prim\u00e0ria (6-7 anys), sent fins i tot m\u00e9s prec\u00eds si es realitza a partir de 2\u00ba d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 prim\u00e0ria. El per\u00edode cr\u00edtic per a l&#8217;aprenentatge num\u00e8ric se situa entre els 4 i els 7 anys, per la qual cosa pugu\u00e9s haver-hi difer\u00e8ncies en el ritme d&#8217;aprenentatge entre uns nens\/es i uns altres. Passat aquest per\u00edode cr\u00edtic, si hi ha dificultats, cal detectar-les i\u00a0reeducar-les.<\/p>\n<p>De tota manera, estudis recents indiquen que en l&#8217;etapa\u00a0pre-escolar\u00a0ja es podrien identificar una s\u00e8rie de signes relacionats amb la pres\u00e8ncia de dificultats matem\u00e0tiques a l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 prim\u00e0ria. Si en l&#8217;etapa\u00a0pre-escolar\u00a0ja s&#8217;ha introdu\u00eft el curr\u00edculum matem\u00e0tic, a la fi d&#8217;aquesta etapa el nen\/a hauria de tenir adquirides una s\u00e8rie de compet\u00e8ncies. Si no estan ben adquirides i consolidades, el risc de presentar dificultats matem\u00e0tiques i\u00a0discalc\u00falia\u00a0en particular \u00e9s major que a la resta de nens\/es.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.1. L&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 neuropsicol\u00f2gica de la discalc\u00falia<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En el cas de la\u00a0discalc\u00falia, l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 ha d&#8217;anar enfocada a avaluar totes aquelles funcions que puguin influir en el rendiment a les proves de processament num\u00e8ric i c\u00e0lcul, a fi d&#8217;assegurar que els d\u00e8ficits en el processament num\u00e8ric i el c\u00e0lcul no s\u00f3n conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia del mal funcionament a una altra \u00e0rea sin\u00f3 intr\u00ednsecament num\u00e8rics.<\/p>\n<p>El processament num\u00e8ric i el c\u00e0lcul s\u00f3n funcions complexes, que requereixen del correcte funcionament d&#8217;altres capacitats cognitives. Les habilitats espacials, executives, verbals i\u00a0mn\u00e8sicas\u00a0tenen un pes determinant en la capacitat num\u00e8rica, per la qual cosa tamb\u00e9 han de ser avaluades. En aquest sentit, \u00e9s molt important assegurar que el quocient intel\u00b7lectual de la persona avaluada es troba en el rang de la normalitat, aix\u00ed com tamb\u00e9 poder descartar la pres\u00e8ncia d&#8217;un altre trastorn com la disl\u00e8xia o el\u00a0TDA(H), que poguessin explicar les dificultats en processament num\u00e8ric i el c\u00e0lcul.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-40592\" src=\"https:\/\/integratek.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/1-688x400.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"688\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/integratek.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/1-688x400.jpg 688w, https:\/\/integratek.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/1-510x297.jpg 510w, https:\/\/integratek.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/1-768x447.jpg 768w, https:\/\/integratek.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/1.jpg 1100w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 688px) 100vw, 688px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Respecte a l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 num\u00e8rica, existeix unanimitat a considerar que ha d&#8217;incloure la valoraci\u00f3 dels seg\u00fcents aspectes:<\/p>\n<p>1. Els processos de\u00a0transcodificaci\u00f3, tan de format escrit a verbal com viceversa.<\/p>\n<p>2. La quantificaci\u00f3, que ha d&#8217;incloure el comptatge de conjunts petits de punts o altres objectes (especialment en preescolar) i l&#8217;estimaci\u00f3 de quantitats.<\/p>\n<p>3. El c\u00e0lcul escrit i el c\u00e0lcul mental.<\/p>\n<p>4. La l\u00ednia num\u00e8rica mental, \u00e9s a dir, la capacitat que tenen els nens\/as per situar nombres en una l\u00ednia imagin\u00e0ria entre 2 l\u00edmits (de 0 a 10, de 0 a 100, de 0 a 1000).<\/p>\n<p>5. El sistema basi 10, la base del nostre sistema num\u00e8ric.<\/p>\n<p>6. La resoluci\u00f3 de problemes, tant en format oral com escrit<\/p>\n<p>A l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 de tots aquests aspectes \u00e9s molt important incloure, a m\u00e9s de la precisi\u00f3, la mesura del temps de reacci\u00f3. Els nens\/es amb dificultats matem\u00e0tiques i\u00a0discalc\u00falia\u00a0necessiten m\u00e9s temps per realitzar els exercicis, i aix\u00f2 s&#8217;ha de tenir en compte en l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Els tests per a la detecci\u00f3 de la\u00a0discalc\u00falia\u00a0en espanyol s\u00f3n escassos, i solen estar restringits a l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 prim\u00e0ria. Un factor que pot haver influ\u00eft en aquesta escassetat \u00e9s el poc coneixement que es t\u00e9 de la\u00a0discalc\u00falia. Els principals tests es llisten en la seg\u00fcent taula. Sembla ser que l&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 del trastorns \u00e9s similar a l&#8217;observada en altres alteracions del desenvolupament, com per exemple la disl\u00e8xia, en la qual no s&#8217;observen remissions completes.<\/p>\n<p>Encara que en l&#8217;actualitat existeix encara poca informaci\u00f3 sobre l&#8217;efectivitat de la reeducaci\u00f3, hi ha un fet evident: si no s&#8217;interv\u00e9 espec\u00edficament per tractar les dificultats observades, aquestes no nom\u00e9s persisteixen sin\u00f3 que la dist\u00e0ncia en termes de rendiment matem\u00e0tic respecte al nivell esperat per edat i curs escolar augmenta. Si no s&#8217;interv\u00e9, els alumnes que en primer d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 prim\u00e0ria estan a la cua de l&#8217;escala\u00a0percentil\u00a0en rendiment matem\u00e0tic (per sota del\u00a0percentil\u00a025), en finalitzar l&#8217;escola prim\u00e0ria segueixen estant en la cua. A m\u00e9s, s\u00f3n nens\/as amb major risc de frac\u00e0s escolar.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-40595\" src=\"https:\/\/integratek.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/2-800x379.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"379\" srcset=\"https:\/\/integratek.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/2-800x379.jpg 800w, https:\/\/integratek.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/2-510x241.jpg 510w, https:\/\/integratek.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/2-768x364.jpg 768w, https:\/\/integratek.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/2.jpg 1016w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Entre els factors a tenir en compte per maximitzar l&#8217;\u00e8xit de la reeducaci\u00f3 cal destacar que la reeducaci\u00f3 ha de ser espec\u00edfica per a cada cas segons els d\u00e8ficits observats; que l&#8217;edat del diagn\u00f2stic podria afectar al desenvolupament del trastorn, en el sentit que un diagn\u00f2stic primerenc podria facilitar l&#8217;efic\u00e0cia dels programes de tractament, mentre que com m\u00e9s tard\u00e0 fos aquest m\u00e9s compromesa estaria l&#8217;efic\u00e0cia; i que la reeducaci\u00f3 ha de ser intensa, amb un m\u00ednim de 4 sessions setmanals de 10 minuts cadascuna.<\/p>\n<p>En els \u00faltims anys s&#8217;han desenvolupat diferents aplicacions o programes online que permeten treballar els conceptes matem\u00e0tics en un format totalment digital. El principal avantatge d&#8217;utilitzar programes per ordinador \u00e9s l&#8217;entrenament pot adaptar-se a les necessitats individuals de cada nen\/a, a m\u00e9s de ser un mitj\u00e0 d&#8217;aprenentatge atractiu per als nens. En una interessant recerca, els seus autors van demostrar que treballant di\u00e0riament durant diverses setmanes consecutives, s&#8217;observaven beneficis en tasques de c\u00e0lcul aproximat i en comparaci\u00f3 de nombres. En la mateixa l\u00ednia, el programa \u201cRescue\u00a0Calcularis\u201d, desenvolupat per treballar la l\u00ednia num\u00e8rica mental, ha demostrat millores en les dificultats num\u00e8riques pr\u00f2pies de la\u00a0discalc\u00falia\u00a0despr\u00e9s d&#8217;un breu i intens entrenament. Altres programes tenen tamb\u00e9 evid\u00e8ncia cient\u00edfica de la seva efectivitat, com el \u201cElfe\u00a0and\u00a0Mathis\u201d, el qual treballa el curr\u00edculum escolar alemany; o el programa desenvolupat per B.\u00a0Butterworth\u00a0i col\u00b7laboradors.<\/p>\n<p>Desgraciadament, tamb\u00e9 existeixen programes inform\u00e0tics que encara que es\u00a0publiciten\u00a0com cient\u00edficament contrastats, no tenen evid\u00e8ncia cient\u00edfica de la seva efectivitat. Per aix\u00f2, no s&#8217;aconsella el seu \u00fas per a la reeducaci\u00f3 de la\u00a0discalc\u00falia.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\"  id=\"row-506810086\">\n\n\n\t<div id=\"col-304790923\" class=\"col small-12 large-12\"  >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-inner\"  >\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ef8019;\"><strong>Mesures compensat\u00f2ries<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column-text-style\">\n<p>La reeducaci\u00f3 de la\u00a0discalc\u00falia\u00a0es perllonga durant un per\u00edode de com a m\u00ednim 6 mesos, i no sempre resol totes les dificultats observades. Per aquesta ra\u00f3, ha d&#8217;anar acompanyada d&#8217;una s\u00e8rie de mesures compensat\u00f2ries, a l&#8217;aula i a casa, que facilitin l&#8217;aprenentatge permetent que l&#8217;alumne pugui expressar tot el coneixement que t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Recomanem que a casa i a l&#8217;escola es tinguin en compte les seg\u00fcents pautes:<\/p>\n<p><strong>A casa:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0Els hem d&#8217;ajudar a fer els seus deures, i si \u00e9s necessari, els llegim nosaltres i els expliquem despr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 No cal enfadar-se perqu\u00e8 no sap fer alguna cosa que pensem que hauria de saber fer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A l&#8217;escola:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0Es pot haver de disposar de m\u00e9s temps a l&#8217;hora de ser avaluat\/da, o en alguns casos es pot haver de disminuir la c\u00e0rrega de demanda en les avaluacions. Les dificultats en el processament num\u00e8ric i el c\u00e0lcul li poden dificultar acabar les tasques en el temps requerit. Aquest temps extra ho requereix per a tot: estudiar, fer ex\u00e0mens, llegir i comprendre els enunciats matem\u00e0tics, etc.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Permetre-li compensar les seves dificultats:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deixar-li comptar amb els dits.<\/li>\n<li>Llegir-li els problemes per assegurar-nos que els ent\u00e9n.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitar l&#8217;acc\u00e9s a material visual.<\/li>\n<li>Deixar-li les taules de multiplicar en paper perqu\u00e8 les pugui consultar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u2013 Les persones amb dificultats num\u00e8riques s\u00f3n conscients de les seves dificultats i de la poca compensaci\u00f3 que t\u00e9 l&#8217;esfor\u00e7 que realitzen. S\u00f3n molt sensibles al frac\u00e0s, per la qual cosa s&#8217;ha de prestar especial atenci\u00f3 als canvis en l&#8217;estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim i emocional.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 \u00c9s molt important que aquestes dificultats no es posin en evid\u00e8ncia davant els altres, ja que aix\u00f2 pot causar alteracions en l&#8217;estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim i emocional. Situacions que han d&#8217;evitar-se:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fer-lo resoldre problemes, c\u00e0lculs o recitar les taules de multiplicar en veu alta en classe.<\/li>\n<li>Realitzar exercicis a la pissarra.<\/li>\n<li>Deixar que els\/les altres companys\/es corregeixin un problema\/c\u00e0lcul escrit per ell\/ella.<\/li>\n<li>Retornar-li un exercici escrit ple de correccions en color.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u2013 En general, per a qualsevol objectiu, es recomana enfocar-ho des d&#8217;un aspecte l\u00fadic.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 S&#8217;han de potenciar els refor\u00e7os positius front les fites aconseguides, encara que siguin normals per a la seva edat, ja que aix\u00f2 motiva a seguir el programa de reeducaci\u00f3 i a esfor\u00e7ar-se m\u00e9s. Aix\u00ed mateix, s&#8217;han d&#8217;evitar els c\u00e0stigs davant el no compliment d&#8217;objectius o tasques.
